Who gets to park in the proposed lots? Does any construction worker get to drive or are there permits? Obviously some cars and the construction vehicles are going to need parking, but is this just a ploy by the builders to get free parking for their entire staff? It's bad enough people in the neighborhood will have to deal with construction, why should they have to deal with extra traffic? Why can't construction workers take mass transit like the rest of us?
